I’ve always made beef jerky using strips of round steak.
I didn’t have round steak handy when I wanted to make jerky … so I thought I would try using ground chuck that I had in the fridge.
The flavor is spot on. The texture is chewy (but still not “jerky” like the strips).
All in all … I would do this again when in a pinch.

We love Rosemary with fried potatoes.
