My Potato Soup Recipe

I start with diced russet potatoes, carrots, onion, celery, salt & pepper.

Add just enough water to cover. 

Simmer until potatoes are fork tender.

Pour off about half the broth … (you want to keep the rest in there for flavor!)

Add a quart of Half & Half, a stick of butter and a handful of crumbled bacon.

Heat through …. 

Enjoy!
