Here’s what I threw in a pot …
Leftover Rotisserie herbed chicken carcass.
Then I added onions, carrots, celery, couple bay leaves, salt & pepper.
Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmer.
Simmer 1 1/2 – 2 hours.
Strain and save broth! Mmmm.
Pick out chicken … discard rest.
