On the menu this week…
Mon. ~ ham, green beans, corn, onions and potatoes
Wed. ~ Tacos
Thurs. ~ Goulash.
On Sunday I prepped the green beans, onions and potatoes… and cubed up the ham. I put them in storage bags so all Greg had to do was throw it in a pot and add water and seasoning! I cut up extra potatoes so he could make a nice skillet of Fried Potatoes for breakfast. I chopped up extra onion for the Tacos, Goulash and the Potatoes!
A little planning ahead and prepping on the week-end…. It’s a good thing!
