FREEZE AHEAD SLOW COOKER MEALS

Fill up your freezer!

Prepare meals by dumping all the ingredients in a gallon freezer bag, squish it up, flatten and freeze. Thaw in the fridge the night before. In the morning dump it in the crock pot!

** BASALMIC GLAZED DRUM STICKS – Low 6-8 hrs

8-10 skinless drumsticks
3 T olive oil
½ C Balsamic Vinegar
3 T Soy Sauce
1 T Honey

** SWEET BAR BQ CHICKEN – Low 4-6 hrs

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Bar BQ sauce
½ C brown sugar
½ C cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder

** HONEY SESAME CHICKEN – Low 4-5 hrs

6-8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 T olive oil
1 C honey
½ C soy sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 tsp each salt/pepper

** ASIAN CHICKEN Low 6-8 hrs

6-8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ C soy sauce
¼ C Hoisin sauce
¼ C white wine
¼ C honey
1 tsp ginger

** MEDITERRANEAN BEEF – Low 6-8 hrs

Roast
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 sm can sliced black olives
2 gloves garlic
1 onion sliced thin
1 tsp ea salt/pepper
