I Finally Made My Own Horseradish!

I had to wait 2 years before I could harvest the horseradish I planted… I was so tempted to dig some up last year, but resisted!

Once the plant is established… you simply dig up the roots, peel, grate and store in vinegar! We use it in ketchup to make cocktail sauce, straight on Prime Rib and ham and cheese sandwiches.

It’s especially good in Bloody Mary’s!! This is so much tastier than the jarred stuff. Enjoy!
